It depends on what store you go to. As for Rite Aid, it’s the Best pharmacy staff above all around, HANDS DOWN. Conrad is a very knowledgeable and extremely caring young man! I’ve gone to other pharmacies, like in Croyden, and have been denied to get a prescription on Modafinil filled because I usually go to a different one? The older guy told me to go back to Fairless hills store when I went there since that store didn’t have it, and I told him that, but he didn’t care & just shrugged his shoulders. Very poor customer service at the Croyden store off RT. 13. Very poor!!!!

This place hurt my feelings. I went there, and I was very disappointed when I realized there their staff had lied. When I went there, it wasn’t on the corner of happy and healthy like the commercial said. If anything, it is on the corner of sadness and sickness.

I’ve been a frequent customer at Sam’s Club Pharmacy for at least 13yrs, and they’re all so caring and helpful without being intrusive or rude. There have been times where their situation makes perspirations delayed due to no fault of their own, and on that rare occasion, they go out of their way to fix it, if possible. Unfortunately, after doing anything and everything they can, many upset customers get irrational and choose to go off on the employees and demean the only person who can actually help, sealing their fate. This world needs more compassion, understanding, and less judgmental, condescending bully. Be the change you want to see in the world…..

I was on hold for 28 minutes!!! I finally hung up and called back and said I had been on hold for 28 minutes and asked what happened, and she said, “well, there was no light on the phone.” Ridiculous!!! Very poor customer service! My Rx’s won’t be filled here!!!

Kroger Pharmacy, Ms. Geraldine, as well as the rest of the staff at this pharmacy they are the greatest!!! Here you feel like a person, someone, the whole staff, genuinely cares about!!!!! You’re not just a medical number to the family here at Kroger Pharmacy. Honestly, I could keep going on with my praises for this Unicorn of a pharmacy. I’m guessing that I’ve said enough, yeah. So come join OUR FAMILY. YOU ARE WELCOME. It’s great when you’ve got a pharmacist who actually fights for everything that you need!!! 9 out of 10 times, she wins for us her FAMILY!!! Perfect name for the perfect pharmacy… I love you guys… Thank you from my heart.

I don’t know if this place is physically unable to restock Modafinil tablets regularly, but I have come 3 times over a month and still don’t see monster local. Somehow every other pharmacy keeps it in stock, so this one must exist in some sort of crazy monsterless black hole.

After a nightmare of a time getting my teenagers vaxxed, my husband made appointments with Young’S Pharmacy. The appointments were an hour apart, but the pharmacist was awesome at accommodating us, so we didn’t have to wait. The appointment was hassle-free, and the staff was amazingly courteous and polite. Looking forward to trip #2 this Saturday.

Pharmacy is absolutely the worst. I’ve been hung upon. My wife has been hung upon. There is always a double line 5 cars deep in the drive-thru. Go to Walgreens or the one on the 23rd. Upper management really needs to take a closer look at this store.
